History

 A group of developers from the former national enterprise Kancelářské stroje establishes a cooperative AURA. They specialise in the development and implementation of large and complex information systems in the field of warehouse management and logistics. In addition to domestic customers, exports to Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Russia… are also successful.

 The first order for the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic “IS of the central warehouse of automotive material FOLIS”. This is followed by other IS for central warehouses, and for example also the “FOLIS ammunition logistics IS”, which proved itself in the distribution of ammunition after the break-up of Czechoslovakia between the newly established Czechia and Slovakia.

AURA wins a significant and demanding tender for the development of the Logistics Information System (ISL) for the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic. AURA develops and supplies the first of the IS series for supplying Czech Armed Forces foreign units. Winning the prize "Gold INTRAMA" for FOLIS-type information systems for the Czech Armed Forces logistics.
